Initial purchase

You may request a refund within 72 hours of your first F Society purchase. Contact support from the email or linked Telegram account used for the membership.

Renewals

Renewal charges are normally not refundable after the new service period begins, except where required by law or where a confirmed service failure prevented reasonable use.

Abuse and duplicate claims

We may refuse repeated refund requests, payment abuse, or accounts suspended for serious violations of the service terms.

After approval

Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Access is revoked when the refund is processed. Your bank or payment provider controls how quickly the credit appears.
